OMFG...this took a long time to do DX
oh well I'm really pleased with the results.

The reason this pic took so long was because I had been wanting to experiment around with some Photoshop techniques I had been harboring. They all had some phenomenal results as you can see bwahaha >:D

The reason this took so long...
-Vectored all the line art
-The picture was at an enormous resolution so my computer lagged
-The coloring technique I used in this was a bit more detailed then my usual pieces
-My computer lags like hell when I use liquify, and I had to use it on all of the Chinese characters
-Some Chinese characters are just really hard to find so I wasted a lot of time looking for nothing.
-And it was just plain tedious as hell DX

Anyhoo, the Chinese characters on the rope are the chinese zodiac, and the ones on my forehead are, from the top, Love and Blood. The circles are just zodiac charts.

Time to completion - close to a solid 25 hours D: OMG (i worked on it for about 4 days total. Each session was about 5-6 hours) The Gaie pic was about half the time as this.

O.O omigosh.... soo awesome. I wish I had more time to be amazed.. but I must go to school.

You can definitely tell that had to take a lot of effort. Crazy good detailing.

I almost want to buy a 4x5 matte print cause it's only 2 dollars. But yesterday I was borrowing from a charity for drugs (er.. caffeine) so I don't think I can actually afford 2 dollars... I actually owe said charity three dollars.
