This was character my friend had when we played a game called gamma world (dont ask). As we went along this character ended up being the coolest character ever, he was so accident prone that everytime he tried to help people he would end up killing them, it was hilarious. So this is the most updated version of him, he is wearing the visor of his dead robot friend as sunglasses.
